Who I Am
Therapist • Coach • Psychedelic Facilitator
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” Anaïs Nin
I am an integrative, holistic psychotherapist with a MA in Clinical Psychology and a certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner. I am also trained in EMDR and psychedelic-assisted therapy. In addition to experience in private practice and IOP/PHP settings, I also have extensive training and experience working with clients and therapeutic ketamine.
I have spent my life tethered in various worlds, languages, cultures, and values. My unique background has inspired my mission to provide culturally-informed, person-centered therapy. I completed my clinical training in a trauma and PTSD recovery program where I worked with a variety of populations including civilians, veterans, and active duty military.
In sessions I utilize EMDR and draw from psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as CBT and DBT. I am both insight-oriented and deeply attuned to the body’s wisdom and its role in mental health. I am creative, dynamic, and deeply passionate about working with clients.
My hope is that through working alongside me, you can build the capacity for change, uncover strengths, and increase emotional intelligence.
When I’m not working you can find me thrifting, cooking plant-based meals, raving, and having beach picnics in my 6-person tent. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years working in the medical, nonprofit, and wellness sectors.
